This page explains what personal data Precision Play collects when you use this website, why, and what choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you.

Who is responsible

Precision Play is operated by Bryan Daniel, based in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. For any privacy question or request, contact [your contact email or contact route].

What we collect and why

Booking a call. When you use "Book a call", scheduling is handled by Google Appointment Scheduling. To book, you provide your name, email, and the meeting details, used only to arrange and hold the call.
Revenue Engine Scorecard. If you complete the scorecard, we collect the name, company, and website you enter, along with your answers, used to generate your results and, where you ask, to follow up.
Technical logs. Our host records standard server data (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use cookies, advertising, or website analytics, and we do not track you across other sites.

Legal basis

We process this data to take steps at your request before any engagement and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; corresponding provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection). Where you submit a form, that submission is your request to us.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

Netlify, website hosting.
Google Appointment Scheduling, call scheduling.
HubSpot, lead capture and CRM for scorecard submissions and enquiries.

We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers are located in the United States. Where data leaves Switzerland or the EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
